| Several hundred people turned out to see the
Harborough Band perform their Millennium Concert in Welland Park this Sunday.
Earlier rain clouds had cleared by three o'clock, and the band was in full
swing. We were treated to an unusual rendition of Lennon and McCartney's
'Ticket to Ride', and in the interval, we were entertained by the Junior
Band. This free event was organised by the Market Harborough Millennium Summer of Music Group. |
