18/01/1978 Tungstone Factory Fire

A fire broke out in a building that housed automobile assembly at Tungstone's Lathkill Street factory. Subzero temperatures hampered the attempts of more than sixty firefighters from Leicestershire and Northamptonshire divisions to control the blaze.
