| The Farmer's Market
which was held in The Square on this day, was the second of its type this
year. The events were staged as an alternative to the French
Market in July, 1999, which lost favour due to the beef ban imposed
on British farmers by European countries. The picture above shows produce on offer from the Farndon Fields Farm Shop. Other stalls included produce like ostrich meat products from Bisbrook Farm, Lincolnshire cheeses and local meat and poultry stalls. |
